Currently, in order to challenge The College of Pedorthics of Canada C. Ped (C) 2-part exam, a candidate must first achieve a Diploma in Pedorthics from Western University. The Western Diploma in Pedorthics is an online, post degree program where students will gain the skills and knowledge required to pass the C. Ped (C) exam and lead a successful career in pedorthics.

The College of Pedorthics of Canada (CPC) Candidate Membership

The Candidate Member category is comprised of Western University Pedorthics Program students or graduates, working towards a CPC designation.

Purpose:

  • Empower CPC Candidates
  • Promote confidence and a deeper understanding of the CPC Certification Exam process prior to exam registration
  • Receive email communications from the CPC prior to being certified

Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in the Western University Pedorthics Program or have proof of completion of the Western University program

Benefits:

  • Early access to exam communication materials
  • Gain further information and a deeper understanding on the differences between CPC & PAC prior to becoming certified
  • Access to CPC ‘Registrants Only’ section of the website and CPC Registrant communications mailing list

Other details:

  • Continuing Education Points (CEP’s) are not required until you become a C. Ped (C)
  • The Candidate membership is not a voting membership class
  • You are eligible to be part of this member category as long as you are eligible to challenge a CPC exam
